Case Study: Edupic Pty
Edupic is an International school photography company with its head office in Sydney, Australia.

Edupic purchased BrowserCRM in 2005 to manage its database of approximately 40,000 schools located in Australia, New Zealand, Greece, and the United Kingdom. Managing Director, Jim Moustakas says, “we were impressed by the strong feature-set of the product  particularly the Contact structure which ideally suited our schools database and of course the browser-based paradigm which means our staff across Australia and New Zealand can easily access the application.”

The BrowserCRM technical team migrated Edupic's existing data from multiple sources including ACT instances, and Excel spreadsheets into a single, centralised BrowserCRM MySQL database. We also provided developer-level support to Edupic's own in-house developer who wrote a custom integration with the Edupic website to provide an interface for logins, inquiries, orders and Edupic's loyalty program.

Jim Moustakas acknowledged, “I must say, the software and the BrowserCRM team I would rate at 10/10. The transition from ACT to BrowserCRM was a breeze.”

The BrowserCRM application was installed by our technical team “on-premise” on their existing web server. Edupic's staff are spread around Australia and New Zealand and all access the application and live data via a web-browser.

As part of a strong ongoing relationship, BrowserCRM Limited now has a support contract to manage the Edupic server including their BrowserCRM installation.

“The BrowserCRM team have managed our installation from the outset which means we always have the latest code base and feature set. Moving to a full server support contract was a natural evolution of our business relationship,” says Jim.
