KAST is a British Columbian Economic Development organization that acts as a catalyst for science, technology and innovation development in Rural BC. Working with our membership we work together to promote and develop our region as an innovative area. We have a very full event schedule and our primary method of contact with our membership is through our email system.
We use Browser CRM as a method of keeping track of our room and equipment so that each event that we hold is well organized and all of our equipment is well tracked. We also use Browser CRM to track appointments and teleconferences and find it an invaluable tool to keep our office well organized. The task list is an essential part of our office functionality because we are able to track what work goes where and when it is completed.
After much research we decided on Browser CRM as the most functional option for our needs. The browser based database is essential for tracking our members and enables us to have a more streamlined networking system in the office. Being able to easily access the system outside of the office allows us maximum flexibility with our communications. This flexibility allows us to be responsive to our staff and membership needs.
We installed Browser CRM on a local server and Browser CRM was extremely attentive to our system requirements. They were able to work with our local server to implement the particular configuration standards required.
We are very attached to Browser CRM and recommend it to many of our membership and are excited about the potential for increased capacity with it. The dynamic nature of the software allows it to keep growing as our organization does.
