software license entitles you to perpetual use, and includes 12 months
maintenance. Renewing maintenance is entirely optional.

Server Edition Terms of Purchase:
- You keep the 2 Free license entitlement for your first 2 users
- Full maintenance and upgrades for 12 months.
- Priority feature requests.
- After 12 months there is an optional 50% annual Maintenance Fee
to continue to qualify for maintenance and upgrades.
BrowserCRM Hosted
Browser CRM Hosted is fully managed and hosted by us in our U.S. data center
and includes setup, maintainence, upgrades and backups of your installation
and data.

Service Terms & Conditions:
- Express Setup Service is a 45 minute engagement for installation assistance. Our technical team should be able to complete your setup in a 45 minute session. We will need FTP, SSH or remote desktop access to your server which must already have PHP and MySQL installed & running. If there are technical issues that prevent us completing the installation, we will propose a solution which may include further contracting from our team, BrowserCRM Hosted or another hosting option.
- Express Import Service is a 45 minute commitment from our technical team to import a single data file to a new installation of BrowserCRM with standard fields (custom field setup and import not included). Your data file must be in Excel, CSV or OpenOffice format maximum size 3MB and maximum 5000 records. We will provide a zipped MySQL dump file which you can upload to your BrowserCRM database, or for BrowserCRM Hosted we will install the new database.
- ACT! Data Conversion. The fixed fee includes up to 10 hours labour. Deduplication of records may be an additional fee.ACT custom tabs are excluded from the fixed price conversion. Once we have received your data the migration script takes 7-10 days to build. When the migration script is complete, you can resend your up-to-date data for a 24 hour go-live turnaround. We will provide a zipped MySQL dump file which you can upload to your BrowserCRM database. This product can only be purchased in conjunction with a commercial BrowserCRM licence.
