Does Browser CRM have Outlook support?
Browser CRM is designed to be an Outlook replacement. Browser CRM includes an email client for composing and reading emails. All email in & out is registered against the contact(s) and is shared (when permitted) between system users giving a full contact history.

In addition, Browser CRM provides a central email repository and group mailbox functionality that offers significant benefits compared to Outlook.

However we recognize that some users need an offline email composer and we provide email pipes for this purpose. You can use another email client and register the emails in Browser CRM using cc or bcc to copy your mail to a 'copy' mailbox. For example, you can set up a mailbox called bcc@mycompany.com and bcc to that address when you send from Outlook. If you configure Browser CRM to read from this mailbox the email will be logged against contacts.
