Email account can't connect

Email account can't connect

Any ideas why incoming email accounts are coming up as Failed to Connect? Same account with same username/password, etc, is working correctly.

Would be grateful for any suggestions as this is driving me nuts!

A likely scenario is that your server for browsercrm is blocked from reaching the mail server.

This can happen when your application server is blocking access to an external POP server (eg. Bluehost).
